Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping on all orders over $100 being shipped within the Continental USA.

Standard shipping is 1-3 business day delivery on most items. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii and APO's may be extra please contact us for a shipping quote.

Additional delivery days may apply in some instances, such as hazardous items, mounted tires and wheels, oversized items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.

Overseas shipping is done by Priority Mail and depending on customs clearance delivery is 14-21 days. The USPS tracking does not show progression in your country until the item clears customs. Once the item shows through customs they are generally delivered in 1-4 days. Oversized items will be handled on a per case basis. Please contact us before buying if item is oversized and you have shipping questions.

Returns & Replacements

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Scooters Performance will accept within 60 days a new/unused item in its original box, prepaid, with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange.

Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 60 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All warranties are included with your order.

Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.

If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration, please send us an email or contact us via telephone before shipping parts back. Our agents can help to determine if a warranty claim is valid and where the part needs to be sent. You can also call 1-407-330-2056 to speak to a Customer Service representative.
